Zelena gradnja u Srbiji – Šta je održiva gradnja i koje su njene prednosti?

Po čemu prepoznajete urbani život današnjice? Je li to savremeniji način dizajniranja eksterijera i enterijera? Posebni materijali koji se koriste u gradnji, koji ranije možda i nisu bili tako zastupljeni?

Sve ove “novotarije” zapravo su temelj i stub uspeha jedne sasvim nove epohe u građevinarstvu, pa i životu svakog čoveka. Ova epoha naziva se održiva gradnja koja ima za cilj da podigne ekološku svest zajednice o negativnom uticaju na životnu sredinu.

Šta je zelena gradnja?

Ne tako davno u našoj prošlosti, većina ljudi umela je da živi u bliskoj sinergiji sa prirodom.

  1. Znali su kako da biraju lokaciju za svoj dom.
  2. Kako da postave kuću tako da vetrovi i sunce pogoduju njenom stanju.
  3. Kako da iskoriste lokalni materijal za gradnju i opremanje svojih prostora.
  4. Kako da se prilagode lokalnoj klimi, vetrovima, kako da koriste dnevnu svetlost, i dr.

U vreme nagle urbanizacije, danas su ova stara znanja zanemarena, a iskustvo sa prirodom je jedan od temelja zelene, ekološke, i održive gradnje.

Elementi održive gradnje u jednom objektu

Zgrade i gradjevinski sector su najveći pojedinačni izvor globalnog zagrijevanja. Od ukupne potrošnje utvrđeno je da su zgrade odgovorne za:

  • 72% potrošnje električne energije
  • 38% emisije ugljendioksida
  • 14% praktično protraćene pijaće vode
  • 40% korišćenja sirovina za izgradnju i održavanje
  • 30% stvaranja otpada koji je nemoguće reciklirati

Kako se tome može stati u kraj?

1. Izolacija kamenom vunom

Visoke temperature tokom leta mogu postati problem, posebno u zgradama koje su izložene suncu. Zbog toga kuće i stambene zgrade treba da budu zaštićene visokoizolacionim materijalima kao što je kamena vuna. 

Zahvaljujući multifunkcionalnoj nameni materijala kao što je staklena vuna, stvaraju se idealni uslovi za za toplotnu, zvučnu i zaštitu od požara u građevinarstvu i industriji.

2. Sedmokomorna stolarija

Gubitak toplote se tokom zime može minimizirati tako što prozori i vrata dobro dihtuju, a tzv. hladni mostovi su smanjeni na minimum.

Sedmokomorna pvs stolara je jedan od najbitnijih faktora za zvučnu i toplotnu izolaciju vaših prozora ili vrata iz prostog razloga sto 80-90% površine prozora ili vrata čini staklena površina ili staklopaket.

3. Centralno grejanje

Sva domaćinstva bi trebalo povezati sa prostorijom za centralno granje, preko cevi i pumpe za toplu vodu. Na isti način su povezani i veliki sistemi za centralno grejanje. Ovakav sistem je sposoban da generiše toplotu iz obnovljivih i održivih izvora

4. Efikasni uređaji i pametni merači potrošnje

Efikasni uređaji i pametno osvetljavanje prostora koje troši malo struje je izrazito neophodno uvesti možda pre svih ostalih parametara održive gradnje.

Čak možemo i pratiti stanje i potrošnju pomoću digitalnih merača. Oni će pokazati potrošnju energije u domaćinstvu u realnom vremenu, sa automatskom regulacijom za postizanje energetske efikasnosti u objektu

Prednosti zelene gradnje i života u zelenim zgradama

Zelena gradnja je jedno od najbrže rastućih tržišta u industriji. Rezultati istraživanja vodećih građevinskih firmi i organizacija koje se bave održivom gradnjom nedvosmisleno pokazuju veliku prednost i isplativost “zelenih zgrada“, posebno pogledu zdravlja i kvaliteta života i rada u njima, tako i uštede energije i smanjenih troškova održavanja.

Međutim, kod nas vlada pogrešno uverenje da je zelena gradnja skupa i stoga neisplativa. Ovo uverenje potiče iz našeg shvatanja ekonomskog sistema, koji posmatramo samo kao neposrednu materijalnu dobit i profit.

Prepoznavanje činjenice da su očuvanje prirodnih resursa i kvalitetni uslovi života ljudi, neizostavni deo ne samo ekonomskog već i celokupnog razvoja čovečanstva, pomoći će našem društvu da u potpunosti pređe na sistem kao što je održiva gradnja, i promeni način na koji posmatra i bira materijale za svoje domove.

Green building in Serbia – What is sustainable construction and what are its advantages?

How do you recognize the urban life of today? Is it a more modern way of designing exteriors and interiors? Special materials used in construction, which may not have been so represented before?

All these „innovations“ are in fact the foundation and pillar of the success of a completely new era in construction, and even in the life of every human being. This era is called sustainable construction, which aims to raise the environmental awareness of the community about the negative impact on the environment.

What is a green building?

Not so long ago in our past, most people were able to live in close synergy with nature.

  • They knew how to choose a location for their home.
  • How to set up a house so that the winds and the sun affect its condition.
  • How to use local material to build and equip your premises.
  • How to adapt to the local climate, winds, how to use daylight, etc.

In the time of rapid urbanization, today this old knowledge has been neglected, and the experience with nature is one of the foundations of green, ecological, and sustainable construction.

How can this be stopped?

1. Insulation with stone wool

High temperatures during the summer can become a problem, especially in buildings that are exposed to the sun. Therefore, houses and apartment buildings should be protected with highly insulating materials such as stone wool.

Thanks to the multifunctional purpose of materials such as glass wool, ideal conditions are created for thermal, sound, and fire protection in construction and industry.

2. Seven-chamber carpentry

Heat loss during the winter can be minimized by sealing windows and doors well, and the so-called cold bridges are reduced to a minimum.

3. Central heating

All households should be connected to the central heating room, via pipes and a hot water pump. Large central heating systems are connected in the same way. This system is capable of generating heat from renewable and sustainable sources.

4. Efficient devices and smart consumption meters

Efficient devices and smart lighting of a space that consumes little electricity are extremely necessary to introduce, perhaps before all other parameters of sustainable construction.

We can even monitor the situation and consumption with the help of digital meters. They will show household energy consumption in real-time, with automatic regulation to achieve energy efficiency in the building.

Benefits of green building and living in green buildings

Green building is one of the fastest-growing markets in the industry. The results of research by leading construction companies and organizations engaged in sustainable construction clearly show the great advantage and cost-effectiveness of „green buildings“, especially in terms of health and quality of life and work in them, as well as energy savings and reduced maintenance costs.

However, there is a misconception in our country that green construction is expensive and therefore unprofitable. This belief stems from our understanding of the economic system, which we view only as immediate material gain and profit.

Recognizing the fact that the preservation of natural resources and quality living conditions are an indispensable part not only of the economy but also of the overall development of humanity, will help our society to fully transition to a system such as sustainable construction, and change the way it observes and selects materials for their homes.
