Project description
- Object: School Milutin i Draginja Todorović
- Address: St. Save Nemanjića No 2
- At the Primary School, works were carried out to improve the schooling conditions and increase the quality of energy efficiency of the entire facility.
- Type and description of works:
- Replacement of old facade joinery and installation of new PVC and aluminum joinery;
- Production of suspended ceilings under the roof panel in order to improve the energy efficiency of the building;
- Installation of new LED lamps in classrooms;
- Performing painting works in the building (painting of classrooms, hallways, teachers’ rooms, and toilets);
- Construction of the facade on the old part of the school;
- Repair and painting of concrete parts of the facade on the new part of the school;
- Tinsmithing works (replacement of horizontal and vertical gutters, replacement of damaged sheet metal on the roof);
- Production of new water supply and sewage installation in sanitary rooms;
- Ceramic works in sanitary rooms and teachers’ rooms with the installation of new toilets;
- Production of PVC floor in physics and chemistry classrooms;
- Parquet works Repair, replacement, planing, grouting, and varnishing of parquet in classrooms.
